The art of being mindful is fueled by meditation.  Meditation takes many forms; walking, laughing, driving, focusing on the breath, even eating can be a meditative practice. By utilizing laughter as a tool of mindfulness, you can re-balance body chemistry from "flight or flight" mode to acceptance, joy and connectedness.  A regular practice of daily laughter "for no reason" (thank you Dr. Kataria, founder of Laughter Yoga) will enhance creativity,  improve personal interactions and allow you to better retain necessary information.
